Goal: The client wished to educate their sales representatives on the guidelines surrounding meetings with health care practitioners, fellow employees and patients. This training was required and had to be accessible via their Learning Management System (LMS) so completion could be tracked.
Solution: We devised a scenario-based eLearning module in which the learners could picture themselves in certain situations by reviewing a scenario and then answering questions. By placing context around the processes, the sales representatives were able to identify with the subject matter and be prepared to assess the situations in the field. Prior to development, we identified the best tool to use and tested prototypes on the LMS to ensure successful tracking of completion.
