Goal: A client attending their yearly sales meeting wanted to show the sales representatives a new feature that allows for matching of expenses between their CRM application (iRep) and the expense system (Concur). Rather than speaking about the feature or demonstrating it for the sales reps, she wanted them to be able to try it out themselves. The simulation needed to run from an iPad in offline mode because of intermittent Wi-Fi issues at the meeting location.
Solution: We developed a gamified simulation using Articulate Storyline and published it to run in offline mode in Articulate Storyline’s Mobile Player on the iPad. The sales representatives tapped through the simulation with hints appearing as needed and points rewarded as they progressed. Once they reached the end, they were awarded a prize.
